By accessing or using DIGI FarmID, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of Service

DIGI FarmID provides a digital service to generate Farmer ID cards for informational and personal use only.

This platform is not a government website and is not affiliated with UIDAI or any government authority.

3. Aadhaar Disclaimer

Aadhaar details are provided voluntarily by users. DIGI FarmID does not perform Aadhaar authentication or verification and does not claim legal validity of the generated ID card.

4. Payments & Wallet

• The platform uses a wallet-based system.
• 1 coin costs ₹20.
• Coins are required to generate and download Farmer ID cards.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. No Refund Policy

Once payment is completed and coins are credited, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be provided under any circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and lawful information.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

DIGI FarmID shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
